Enterprise knowledge engineering, bridging legacy software and an AI future
Rethinking Enterprise Software in the Age of Human - Machine Collaboration
Thinking Of Joining Us?
We are currently growing our team and welcome people with an interest in what we are building. As an early-stage business, our resourcing needs are constantly evolving and our hiring is largely needs-driven.
Our culture
We operate in a high-performance environment that reflects the pace and demands of the tech industry. Our teams thrive on strong collaboration, and we expect every team member to take full ownership of their work. We trust our people to deliver high-quality outcomes without relying on constant oversight.
We believe leadership is a mindset, not a job title. Everyone on our team is empowered to lead, solve problems, and make decisions. We reward action-takers and problem-solvers who thrive in a non-hierarchical, fast-moving environment.
Work-life balance matters to us. But we also value those who are willing to go the extra mile when the situation calls for it. We support each other through challenges and celebrate wins together.
If this sounds like a place where you’d thrive, we’d love to hear from you. We’re hiring across several roles in the short to medium term. Check out our open positions below and let’s start a conversation.
Roles
Over the next couple of months, we’ll be hiring for several founding engineering roles. These positions are critical to shaping our platform and culture from the ground up. We’re looking for exceptional individuals across the following domains:
Knowledge and Data Engineering
Responsibilities include developing our core business process modeling and digital twin platform. Ideal candidates will have experience in:
- Building and integrating knowledge management systems
- Designing AI-driven process ontology modeling tools that are intuitive for non-technical users
- Developing ETL systems, APIs, and data connectors
Experience at data and ontology-focused companies (e.g., Palantir) is highly valuable.
AI / Machine Learning Engineering
Responsibilities include building AI-driven interfaces that interact with process models and digital twins. We’re looking for engineers with experience in:
- Developing autonomous and prompt-driven systems that execute tasks based on structured models
- AI coding and agent-building frameworks
Experience with agentic systems and LLM orchestration is a strong plus.
AI Research
Responsibilities include developing models tailored to our unique technology needs. Suitable candidates will have experience in:
- Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) using supervised and reinforcement learning
- Hyperparameter tuning and optimization
Prior work in commercial or academic AI research labs is highly desirable.
Generalist Software Engineering
These teams play a key role in building the features our users interact with daily. We’re looking for:
- Full-stack developers who can rapidly prototype and iterate on product ideas
- Engineers with a strong blend of technical capability and user empathy
- Experience in AI-powered systems and human-computer interaction is a major advantage
All positions are Dublin-based. We will consider remote work or visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates based outside Ireland.
